Duotone Portrait

Adobe Elements 4.0 doesn't support duotones. This is an attempt to mimic the effect. Not sure if it's worked, but it was done by duplicating the monochrome image, and giving it a blue colorized hue. Then used a soft light overlay, and adjusted the opacity. This seemed to allow for a more controlled effect than using the duotone tool in Photopaint 5.0 (although I suspect if you really know what you're doing, the latter is better!).
