I love the two girls wearing the coat. The brilliant red (actually, it’s white that’s “brilliant”, isn’t it? perhaps I mean “vivid”) really draws the eye in to focus on the two girls. I love the fact that they are happy to share the coat, showing the total trust that you’ve mentioned below, and yet there’s some tension, too. The fact that they are looking in different directions suggests they want to do different things. The smaller child appears to be keen to break away.

The big jacket is fabulous; I hope the parents get hold of a copy. It's a moment of innocence to treasure.
