Curiosity & Running

This is a bit of a cheat, in that the wave-line and pebble line were further apart in the original, but I wanted to emphasise the running along this natural path. Could probably have closed it still further.

One attractive proposition has been that scientists are, in fact and contrary to popular perception, kids who've never fully grown up and lost their sense of curiosity. Again, missed shot was of three scientist friends in our living room poring over an empty beer can and pulling it apart to see how the widget worked. At the beach, you get a lot of this, especially from kids who are just information sponges. I have no idea what these two were looking at. Suffice that it held their attention and was clearly as fantastic for a short while as staring into Tutankahmun's tomb.

I particularly like the second photo. Despite the fact that we can’t really see the girls’ faces, their rapt attention is abundantly clear.
It’s a pity more people aren’t more curious more often.
