We're sitting quietly at home, when all of a sudden there's this really heavy rumbling roar of a jet going in to Manston. So we rush up there to see if we could find the culprit. Don't think it's either of these two, in fact. The 747s are amazingly quiet on take-off and landing. There was a DC8 parked right out on the runway that seems a more likely culprit.
