Why Emily's Window?

Some of the opening words from an enchanting BBC children's programme called Bagpuss. The eponymous character was a stuffed cat owned by a young lady called Emily. The child would seek out lost things, and bring them to Bagpuss.

So, Emily's window. The place where Bagpuss lives, where found objects can be displayed, and stories told.
